Sub-contractors are pre-qualified companies that have met the qualification criteria as designated by the State of Ohio and Coleman Spohn Corporation. Pre-qualified sub-contractors will receive bid notification communications for task orders that meet their designated qualifications. The sub-contractor will have the option to bid on these task orders and may or may not be selected to perform the work.
